Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on the performance of teacher at MAN 1 Ogan Ilir. The population in this study were 61 teachers who are on MAN 1 Ogan Ilir and samples are 61 respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study is the questionnaire techniques to distribute to the 61 teachers who were respondents in this study. The analysis technique us is a simple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicates that the positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at MAN 1 Ogan Ilir. The advice can be given in this study is that Madrasah expanding the number of training and simplify procedures for the implementation of training to enable teachers to attend training in order to improve the performance of the teachers.
