Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh diversitas gender, diversitas kebangsaan, sustainability report, dan kinerja keuangan terhadap agresivitas Pajak pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2018–2021. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah diversitas gender, diversitas kebangsaan, sustainability report, dan kinerja keuangan, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah agresivitas pajak. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel terdiri dari 32 perusahaan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diversitas gender dan sustainability report tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Sebaliknya, diversitas kebangsaan dan kinerja keuangan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi pemangku kepentingan untuk memperhatikan aspek keberagaman dan laporan keberlanjutan dalam pengambilan keputusan pajak perusahaan.
