Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sensus, di mana seluruh populasi yang terdiri dari 132 karyawan Pabrik Kelapa Sawit dijadikan responden. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner, dan data dianalisis dengan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan maupun parsial, disiplin kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi disiplin dan motivasi karyawan, maka kinerja yang dihasilkan akan semakin baik
