Abstract
This study aims totdetermine theteffect oftJob Satisfactionton EmployeetPerformancetat the Lempuing District Office of OKIR Regency. TheRpopulation inithisistudy wereiall employeesiin theiLempuingiDistrict OfficeiofiOKI Regencyiwhich amounted to 60 people and sampling using a census. Data collection methods used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires. Thetanalysis technique used is simple lineariregresson analyss. Basedion theiresults of theianalysis iit was concluded that Job Satisfaction had a positiveiand significant effectiontemployee performancetin the LempuingtDistrict OKI Districttoffice.
