Abstract

One of the determining factors for the development of a business is marketing through social media. Instagram is a social media that is widely used by the public with 106 million users as of August 2023 and continues to increase. To find out how the management of marketing messages is carried out on the Central Billiard Instagram account in attracting consumers, a study was conducted related to the management of marketing messages on the Central Billiard Instagram account in attracting consumer interest in Palembang City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method using interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation with the 7P marketing mix theory. From the study, it was found that Central Billiard Palembang provides education or recommendations for best-selling menus, conducts market research and holds bundling programs, expands branches and repeatedly promotes locations on Instagram and Tiktok social media, routinely changes applicable promos and promotes the concept of billiards without gambling by Coach Endy on social media, strives for optimal service in various processes and implements membership programs, checks equipment conditions routinely and uses a simple logo but describes the characteristics of Central Billiard Keywords Management, Message, Marketing, Billiard
