Abstract

The title of this final report is “Mechanism of Salary Distribution for Civil Servants of the South Sumatra Provincial Government Through Bank Sumsel Babel, Kapten A. Rivai Main Branch.” This final report discuss the mechanism of salary distribution for Civil Servants (PNS) within the Government of South Sumatra Province. Timely and transparent salary distribution is a crucial factor in supporting employee welfare and improving performance. In practice, Bank Sumsel Babel serves as a partner to the regional government in distributing salaries through a non-cash system using bulk transfer directly to each employee’s account. The author observed that the salary distribution process is carried out systematically, starting from the preparation of the salary list to the disbursement of funds. This report is expected to serve as a reference in efforts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of salary distribution systems in government institutions, as well as an evaluation material for both banking institutions and local governments in order to provide better public services in the future.
