Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas Vc SD Negeri 149 Palembang menggunakan model kooperatif Type Team Accelerated Instruction. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan secara bertahap yang terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamtan, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes evaluasi dan observasi. Indikator yang ditetapkan untuk mengukur keberhasilan siswa adalah apabila siswa memperoleh nilai ≥75 dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 85%. Berdasarkan data nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa, rata-rata ketuntasan pada akhir siklus I yaitu 74,85 dan persentase ketuntasan 51%. Kemudian pada akhir siklus II rata-rata ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa 84,85 dan persentase ketuntasan 86%. Maka dapat disimpulkan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Type Team Accelerated Instruction dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Sehingga peneliti menyarankan agar model pembelajaran kooperatif Type Team Accelerated Instruction dapat diterapkan pada pembelajaran Matematika.
