Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan target terhadap akurasi shooting ke gawang pada pemain club the bos futsal prabumulih. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan teknik sampling jenuh, melibatkan 20 pemain laki-laki sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan target dapat meningkatkan akurasi shooting pemain club the bos futsal prabumulih. Peningkatan ini terlihat dari perbandingan hasil pretest dan posttest, di mana terjadi peningkatan sebesar 18,7% setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa latihan shooting. Uji ketepatan shooting menunjukkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05, t hitung = 12,352, dan t tabel (df = 19) = -12,352 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,000. Karena t hitung (12,352) > t tabel (-12,352) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan latihan target terhadap akurasi shooting pemain club the bos futsal prabumulih. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan permainan target efektif dalam meningkatkan akurasi shooting ke gawang sehingga dapat dijadikan referensi dalam pengembangan latihan akurasi shooting.
