Abstract

This study aims to determine how motivation and work discipline influence employee performance at PT. Asuransi Tri Pakarta (Tripa) Palembang City Branch Office. This type of research is quantitative. The population used is all permanent employees of PT. Asuransi Tri Pakarta (Tripa) Palembang City Branch Office with a sample of 36 people, using saturated sampling technique. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that motivation and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Asuransi Tri Pakarta (Tripa) Palembang City Branch Office.
