Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of workload and work discipline on employee performance at CV Prima Beton, a company engaged in the supply of ready-mix and precast concrete in Palembang. Workload and work discipline are two crucial factors in human resource management that can affect individual performance within an organization. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all employees, totaling 40 people, using the census method. The results of the study show that both workload and work discipline have a significant influence both partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Therefore, the company must manage these two variables optimally to enhance overall employee performance.
