Abstract

The limitations of conventional academic information systems in integrating Semester Learning Plans (RPS) with learning activities hinder the effectiveness of higher education digitalization. This study presents a solution through developing a web-based academic information system that integrates digital RPS management with learning management at the Faculty of Engineering, Sriwijaya University. Implementation was conducted using R&D methodology with an Agile approach across four sprints. System validation through blackbox testing demonstrated a 90.3% success rate across eight functional modules. User acceptance testing using the TAM model yielded Perceived Usefulness and Behavioral Intention scores of 4.88 out of 5, and Perceived Ease of Use score of 4.31 out of 5, confirming excellent acceptance levels. The system successfully bridges the gap between formal learning planning and digital implementation, serving as a foundation for developing a more comprehensive digital learning ecosystem.
