Abstract
This study aims to analyze the acceptance of the BKN Presensi application by employees at the Regional Office VII of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) in Palembang. The application, BKN Presensi is part of a digital transformation initiative intended to improve efficiency and accuracy in attendance recording. The study uses a descriptive quantitative approach based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which includes three dimensions: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Actual System Usage. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents. The results indicate that the BKN Presensi application is generally well accepted. Respondents found the application easy to use and helpful in streamlining attendance processes. However, some issues emerged, such as doubts about data accuracy and frequent technical disruptions. Although the application is used regularly, some users feel they have not fully understood its features These findings suggest that technology acceptance depends not only on mandatory use but also on system quality and user experience Technical improvements, user training, and more effective communication are needed to enhance overall acceptance Keywords: Technology Acceptance, BKN Presensi, TAM, Government Application.
