Abstract

This research investigates the effect of leadership style, organizational commitment, and management accounting systems on managerial performance at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Palembang. A quantitative research design was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 50 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Primary data were collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS version 26. The findings reveal that, individually, leadership style and organizational commitment do not exert a significant effect on managerial performance, whereas the management accounting system demonstrates a significant positive influence. Furthermore, when tested simultaneously, the three independent variables collectively have a significant impact on managerial performance. These results highlight the crucial role of management accounting systems in enhancing managerial effectiveness, while also indicating that leadership and organizational commitment require further development to strengthen their contribution to organizational performance.
