Abstract

Dalam proses pemindahan dan penyortiran barang, biasanya masih menggunakan sumber daya manusia dan ada juga yang menggunakan alat sederhana atau konvensional. Agar dapat dipantau atau dikendalikan dari jarak jauh alat pemindah dan penyortir barang tersebut, maka dibuatlah suatu moniloring sistem. Pada lugas akhir ini dirancang suatu moniloring prototipe penyortir barang menggunakan Proficy HM1/SCADA iFIX 5.0, dimana PLC WAGO 750-842 sebagai RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) yang mengirimkan sinyal kendali dari objek yang dipantau dan mengirimkan data ke master station. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian waktu respon, yaitu waktu yang diperlukan SCADA untuk menampilkan status perubahan objek sistem yang dipantau mencapai 0,69 detik pada kondisi objek hidup dan 0,68 detik pada kondisi objek mati sehingga dapat dimonitoring secara real time. Kata Kunci: SCADA, PLC, RTU, monitoring, prototipe.
