Abstract

Based on the Sungai Penuh City Health Office Profile in 2022, it is known that of the 12 types of health services available at the Sungai Penuh City Health Office, 6 health services have not achieved the annual SPM target. This study aims to analyze the relationship between age, length of service, employment status, transactional leadership, transformational leadership, job satisfaction, salary satisfaction, and co-worker satisfaction with employee performance. This study is quantitative with a cross-sectional design using 110 respondent samples from 11 Community Health Centers in Sungai Penuh City. The results show that 69.1% of community health center employees have good performance. The chi-square test results show that variables that have a relationship with employee performance are length of service (p = 0.039), employment status (p = 0.864), transactional leadership (p = 0.008), transformational leadership (p = 0.032), job satisfaction (p = 0.040), while variables that have no relationship with employee performance are age (p = 0.444), salary satisfaction (p = 0.164), and co-worker satisfaction (p = 0.536) with employee performance. The main factor that has the most influence on employee performance is salary satisfaction. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between tenure, employment status, transactional leadership, transformational leadership, and job satisfaction with employee performance. Optimizing policy management to increase transparency and fairness in salary/incentive payments for non-civil servant staff at the Community Health Center, involving employees in performance-based training, and conducting routine activities to strengthen interactions between employees. )
