Abstract

Transportation is a needfor derivat i ves that are neededfor the Jinancial needs that more mainstream like as work, school, pray, trade and the others. In the last fiveyears in Indonesia it has been a lot done injrastructure contruction in the field of transportation facilities that related about the toll way contruction project. One of the toll way contruction project which are being irnplement in South Sumatera is Kapal Betung Toll Way Project with the length of 111,96 Km including Kayu Agung, Palembang, and Betung. In this contruction plan, an investigation of toll way tariff based on Kapal Betung Toll Way user candidates perception using ATP and WTP review was required. Data coliect ion was done at some rest area location not far from gate of Kapal Betung Toll Way. The survey was conducted with the methode of interviewed and elosed quisionairre for 250 responden/s. Based on the calculation with the graphic relationship of ATP and WTP the result are user candidates characteristic and Kapal Betung Toll Way Tariff is Rp 700, -/Km for thefirst type or passengers transport.
