Abstract

Pempek Mamika still uses a manual sales system, which presents challenges in managing orders, inventory, and reporting. This research aims to design a website- based sales application using the Waterfall method, through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The application provides registration, product catalog, shopping cart, order management, and sales reporting features. Black Box Testing results indicate the system operates as required, makes ordering easier for customers, and helps business owners manage data more efficiently. Thus, this application can improve operational effectiveness, expand marketing, and support the digitalization of MSME
