Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero),Tbk Kanwil Palembang. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan studi survey melalui penyebaran kuisioner sehingga hasil akhir penelitian mampu menyajikan informasi yang valid. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 sampel dengan metode pengambilan sampel adalah metode sensus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
