Abstract

The aims of this research is to know the perceptions of teachers tutor toward pedagogic competence and professional competence of the students who are in implementing of development programs and packaging of learning devices in SMP and SMA/SMK in Ogan Ilir regency. The population of this research are all of teachers tutor in SMP and SMA/SMK in Ogan Ilir regency who numbers are 137 teachers tutor. The sample of this research were numbered 94 teachers tutor who obtained by using cluster sampling technique. The data collection technique using documentation technique and questionnaire technique. The instruments analysis test using validity test and reliability test. The data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on result of the data analysis and discussion toward research data obtained score percentage > 62.5% is 78.1%, means that teachers tutor have positive perceptions toward pedagogic competence and professional competence of the students who are in implementing of development programs and packaging of learning devices in SMP and SMA/SMK in Ogan Ilir regency.
