Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze performance of queuing system at Bus Trans Musi (BTM) corridor Indralaya destination Unsri Palembang Campus - Unsri Indralaya Campus. Observations is done randomly with one hour interval and every time interval was repeated 3 times. The result showed distribution of arrival pattern is Poisson and distribution service pattern is Exponential. The queue system analysis method used by BTM is multiple-line queuing system (M/M/s):(GD/∞/∞). Queue only occurred at 06.00-07.00 with a busy level of officers is 28%, the average passenger in the queue is 0,72 person/minute, and long waiting in queue 0,00096 minute.
