Abstract
The government of Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu especially Kecamatan Baturaja Timur deals with the problem of accumulation of garbage collection in a very large number. This study aims to minimize the travel expenses and obtain the optimal route in order to reduce the accumulation of garbage collection in temporary garbage collection (TPS) by establishing Robust Counterpart model that are solved by using interior point method and LINGO 11.0 for each Working Area (WK). Interior point method works by providing an interior point of random values, the value of which must meet the constraints which exist on the problem. Results of research conducted at 5 WK show that the service for WK 1: TPA – TPS 2 – TPS 4 – TPS 1 – TPA – TPS 3 - TPA with the total of cost of 1,899 / km;WK 2 : TPA – TPS 4 – TPS 1– TPA – TPS 2 – TPS 3 - TPA with the total of cost of 1,900 / km;WK 3 :TPA–TPS 1–TPS 2–TPA–TPS 3–TPS 4–TPA with the cost of 1,900 / km; WK 4 :TPA–TPS 3–TPA–TPS 2–TPS 1–TPA with the cost of 1,900 / km and WK 5 : TPA – TPS 1 – TPS 2 –TPS 4- TPA – TPS 3 - TPA of 1,866 / km.
