Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media powerpoint pada subtema “Hidup Bersih dan Sehat di Sekolah” terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas II SD Negeri 179 Palembang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pre-experimental dengan desain penelitian one group pretestposttest design. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari satu kelas yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes tertulis berupa soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 15 soal. Berdasarkan hasil uji prasyarat analisis data pretest dan posttest bahwa data tersebut terdistribusi normal. Setelah hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan uji t diperoleh thitung = 18,38, sedangkan dari tabel distribusi t diperoleh ttabel = 1,703 sehingga terlihat bahwa thitung > ttabel. Oleh karena itu, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media powerpoint berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada subtema Hidup Bersih dan Sehat di Sekolah pada Kelas II SD Negeri 179 Palembang.
