Abstract

The study entitled "Mutations Mechanism Employees at the Office of Education, Youth and Sports Palembang", aims to determine how the mutation mechanism employee at the Office of Education, Youth, and Sports Palembang through the qualitative aspects of the approach to develop a report on personnel transfers. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive form. Engineering decision-making data incJudes observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses the theory of mutation of employees proposed by Drs. H. Malay S.P.Hasibuan (2002) is a mutation in a scientific way based on norms or standards on certain criteria, such as job analysis, oriented to the needs of the real / unreal, oriented rill formation personnel, oriented to the diverse objectives, according to objectivity that can be accounted for. Results of this research note on indicators of the analysis work is to analyze the scope of the systematic and systemic are in accordance with the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), comparing the needs of employees with a supply that is so that they can know the needs rill employees of the results of the analysis work performed is often not in use well because due to factors such as personal cJoseness or factors pemeberian funds, seen from Analysis Workload (ABK) to meet the needs of employees is good, nature pekerjann routine, importantly, soon, the secret has been done properly, the equipment / technology use has been very good employees can perform their respective duties, Employee shall be responsible for the work in question in one field can be mutations in accordance with their expertise.
