Abstract

This study aims to produce audio visual media that are valid, practical and effective. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 05 Palembang. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE model consisting of 5 stages, namely analysis (needs analysis of students and BK teacher interviews), design (making service plans and media scripts), development (media creation, material expert validation, media expert validation , Small Group Test), implementation (Pre Test and field test), evaluation (Strengths and Media Limitations, Post Test). Comments and suggestions given by material experts and media experts that the media is valid and feasible to be tested. In the trial of a small group of students giving comments and suggestions to improve the video, after which the researchers conducted field trials, the results obtained 91.4% of the category "very practical". In the pre-test results obtained 66.5% and when the post test results obtained 85.5% "high" category with an N-Gain value of 0.71 "high" category. The results of the study can be concluded that the classical audio visual service media developed has been valid, practical and effective to be used in classical service delivery in the material readiness of students to enter the workforce.
