Abstract
PT. Sinar Alam Permai is one of the branches of PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk which is engaged in CPO and Kernel manufacturing industry. This research is an optimization of CPO and Kernel production profit using dynamic program to determine the optimal amount of CPO and Kernel production in order to obtain optimal income. A dynamic program is a mathematical technique used to optimize the decision-making process in stages. This study aims to solve the problem of CPO and Kernel production profit optimization in PT. Sinar Alam Permai uses a dynamic program. The results obtained from the number of production using the dynamic program is 58.000.000 kg of CPO each month and 257.250 kg Kernel number each month and the cost of income per month is Rp. 434.587.607.750.
