Abstract

This study aimed to produce instrument of adolescents developmental task on career aspect that were valid, practical, and reliabel. This research was conducted in class X IPS 3 of Public Senior High School Number 1 in South Indralaya. The development of instrument of adolescent developmental tasks on career used the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results obtained from the validity test by subject matter experts and linguists showed that instrument of developmental task on career aspect was on feasible or valid, as well the results of validity test analyze showed that the numbers of valid items were 34 items. In the test of one-to-one obtained that instrument of adolescent developmental tasks on career was practical based on the response of the learner. In the field test stage was conducted to determine the reliability of the instrument, and the results were 0.932 (high reliability). The results of this study indicated that the instrument of developmental task for adolescents in the career aspects developed has been valid, practical, and reliable.
