Abstract

This reserach aims to examine the impact of investment decisions proxied by Price Earning Ratio (PER), profitability that is proxied by Return On Equity (ROE) and dividend policy that is proxied by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) to company value proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). The data used in this study is secondary data, namely from the financial statements of companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples used was 114 of the 19 companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the 2017-2018 period which were taken through purposive sampling. This research is quantitative research using the analytical method used in the study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 16.0 software. The results of this study indicate that investment decisions, profitability and dividend policy have a significant effect on company value.
