Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Total Assets Turnover, and Gross Profit Margin on Stock Prices in Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses associative causal quantitative methods. The method of data collection uses secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data will be processed using IBM SPSS version 20. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was concluded that 1) the determination coefficient value was 0.025 or 2.5%; 2) Net Profit Margin affects the Stock Price, while the Total Assets Turnover, and Gross Profit Margin do not affect the Stock Price; 3) Simultaneous significance test shows that all independent variables in this study do not have an influence on the Stock Price.
