Abstract

The research objective was to determine role of perceived organizational support (POS) to job stress in honorary nurses RSUD X regency. The study hypothesis that perceived organizational support (POS) has a role to job stress in honorary nurses RSUD X regency. Study population was a honorary nurses in RSUD X regency aged 21-43 with 61 of samples, Data retrieval techniques using non-probability sampling techniques in the form of saturated sampling. Job stress and perceived organizational support (POS) was measured by the scale which refers to symptoms of job stress from Robbins and Judge (2017) and aspects of perceived organizational support (POS) from Eisenberger, Huntington, Hutchison dan Sowa (1986). The research used simple regression analysis. The result obtained by value of R = 0,558, R Square = 0,311, P= 0,000 (p<0,05). Thus the hypotesis is accepted.
