Abstract

Determination of improving quality of care at AHA Grafika Printing Palembang has not completely utilize information technology in transactions with customers so still a lot of problems as there is no media that records the date the order is completed nor their interactive marketing media to manufacture earnings reports still to errors. This research proposes the design and development of e-commerce as a sales medium services at AHA Grafika Printing to overcome the existing problems and can also help to process the data contained in AHA Grafika Printing. The development of this system the author uses Waterfall system development methodology. While programming languages and RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) which is used to build software is an SMS Gateway, PHP and MySQL. The result of this research is the application of e-commerce as a medium for the sale of services can help the AHA Grafika Printing more easily manage orders data, scheduling order completion, win new customers, improving service quality to attract customers in order to survive, and be able to serve customers without time limit , in addition to printing to meet customer needs, printing also can manage data and create reports for printing leadership quickly.
