Abstract

Competition on industry sector always increase. It makes company have to find out the solution to optimize all resource. One things that they have to do to optimize the cost and time is to select the supplier with measure off the performance of supplier. This research aims to determine the best supplier depending on criteria of supplier selection. This research is done at PT Sekawan Kotrindo by researching supplier of raw material, such as wood, cement, and iron. FMADM Method is used to determine weight of each alternatives to each criterion. Despite of that, TOPSIS Method is used to determine supplier rankings. The result of this research conclude that the best wood supplier is Depot Mitra Jaya. The best cement supplier is PT Semen Baturaja. The best iron supplier is CV Sunjaya Perkasa.
