Abstract

Banyaknya tempat nongkrong atau cafe di Indonesia termasuk di Palembang membuat calon konsumen sulit untuk menentukan pilihan dalam memilih tempat nongkrong yang sesuai dengan keinginan. Salah satu cara yang tepat untuk memudahkan calon konsumen dalam memilih tempat nongkrong adalah dengan sistem pendukung keputusan. Analytical hierarchy Process (AHP), TOPSIS dan Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) menjadi metode yang diterapkan. AHP digunakan sebagai metode karena metode ini mampu menyelesaikan rekomendasi dari kasus multi kriteria. Sedangkan metode Techniques for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) digunakan untuk mendapatkan peringkat alternatif terbaik karena alternatif yang baik dihasilkan tidak hanya memiliki jarak terpendek dari solusi ideal positif tetapi juga memiliki jarak terpanjang dari solusi ideal negatif, dan metode SMART digunakan karena kesederhanaannya dalam proses perhitungan sehingga mudah dipahami oleh pengambil keputusan. Perbandingan terhadap metode AHP, TOPSIS dan SMART dalam memilih tempat nongkrong berhasil diimplementasikan dengan persentase keberhasilan sebesar 46%
