Abstract

The Government of Kenten Laut Village is one of the Villages in Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency which has received Village Fund Assistance since 2015 and has implemented projects funded by the Village Fund. There are problems that occur in the current project management process, including the need for tools to facilitate the process of planning project activities, tools to control discrepancies between plans and project realization, tools that can reduce the amount of use of report documents that must be filled in, and can provide project data in real-time. Research on project planning and monitoring which aims to facilitate project members in planning and monitoring project activities and to update progress in real time. The method used in the development of this system is Waterfall and Critical Path Method (CPM) as a method of calculating project schedules. The structural approach used is DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and PDFD (Physical Data Flow Diagram). Also in making this system use software such as MySQL and XAMPP. The construction of this system is expected to facilitate the Project Controller in planning and monitoring project activities and can update project progress in real time.
