Abstract

Labors Center are facilities and infrastructure created to deepen the capabilities of a prospective workforce in their respective fields. This Labor Center aims to accommodate prospective workers to improve their capabilities and quality in their fields so that prospective workers can compete with other local workers and foreign workers. The planning for the South Sumatra Manpower Office is located at Jalan A Governor Bastari, Sebrang Ulu 1, Palembang City. South Sumatra Labor Center uses the concept of "Bioclimatic" in the application of its design, so that the design is the result of the relationship of Architecture with the surrounding environment.
