Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PPPAPM) terhadap perlindungan anak menuju kota layak anak di Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan meliputi uji kredibilitas, uji transferabilitas, uji dependabilitas dan uji konfirmabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa strategi Dinas PPPAM terhadap perlindungan anak menuju kota layak anak di Palembang meliputi pencegahan, penanganan, membantu anak-anak dan remaja mengelola resiko dan tantangan, mengubah sikap dan norma sosial yang mendorong kekerasan dan diskriminasi, menerapkan hukum dan kebijakan yang melindungi anak-anak, melakukan pengumpulan data dan penelitian. Kata-kata kunci: Dinas PPPAPM, Strategi Perlindungan Anak, Kota Layak Anak ABSTRACT The aim of this research is knowing the strategy of the office of Women’s Empowerment, Child Protection and Community Empowerment in children protection to the city worthy of children in Palembang City. This study is using a qualitative approach with case study methode. There are three data collection techniques which are documentations, interviews, and observations. The validity tests of the data used include which are credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. Based on the data analysis that has been done before, it can be concluded that the strategy used by the office of women’s empowerment, child protection, and community empowerment in child protection to the city worthy of the child in Palembang City covers prevention, handling, helping children and adolescents manage risk and challenges, changing attitudes and social norms that encourage violence and discrimination, implementing laws and policies that protect children, carrying out data collection and research.
