Abstract

This study aimed to assess the effect Influence Program Health, Safety (K3) on Productivity Employees at PT.United Tractors Samarinda. The data used in this study are primary data, with a sample of 90 employees using a sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with a simple regression analysis using the method of ordinary least squares (OLS). Results from this study is the Program of Health, Safety (K3) positive and significant impact on employee productivity. Thus, companies are required to further improve occupational health and safety program in terms of education and training that will have an impact on improving employee productivity
