Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pelangi Mas Khatulistiwa pada bagian produksi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pelangi Mas Khatulistiwa pada bagian produksi sebanyak 52 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang berisi butir-butir pertanyaan dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 tingkatan yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi sederhana. Dari hasil uji diketahui bahwa variabel diisiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pelangi Mas Khatulistiwa pada bagian produksi. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,731 yang berarti bahwa variabel disiplin kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 73,1% sedangkan sisanya 26,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan Abstrak: The research aimed to see the influence of work discipline toward employee performance PT. Pelangi Mas Khatulistiwa at production department. The respondents used were the entire employees PT. Pelangi Mas Khatulistiwa at production department of 52 people. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sampling technique. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire containing the items of question by using a 5 level Likert scale which has qualified validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple regression. From the test result note that work discipline variables significantly and positive affect the performance of employee PT. Pelangi Mas Khatulistiwa at production department. Coefficient of determination equal to 0,731 which mean that variable work discipline affect employee performance by 73,1% while the rest 26,9% influenced by other variable not examined in this research.
