Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work displicine on the performance of employees in PT. Putra Andalan Sriwijaya and CV. Pemas Aditya Perkasa. The respondents used were the entire population of 74 people. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sampling technique, This study using primary data obtained through the questionnaire and simple as a regression analysis method technical data analysis.Based on this research, it was found that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in PT. Putra Andalan Sriwijaya and CV. Pemas Aditya Perkasa. For the performence of employees to be better and increasingly. It is recommended for employees to cultivate awareness and of the desire to improve the performence to repair the performence for improving the work discipline and everything will be applied. Keywords: Work Discipline, Performance Employees. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Putra Andalan Sriwijaya dan CV. Pemas Aditya Perkasa. Responden yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 74 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan metode analisis regresi sederhana sebagai teknis analisis data. Berdasarkan penelitian, ditemukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Putra Andalan Sriwijaya dan CV. Pemas Aditya Perkasa. Agar kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat dan lebih baik, disarankan karyawan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran dan keinginan memperbaiki kinerja dengan meningkatkan disiplin kerja dengan baik dan dapat mengambil manfaat dari setiap kedisiplinan yang diterapkan. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
