Abstract

Dalam mencapai tujuan suatu instansi/organisasi diperlukan peningkatan kinerja pegawai yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai yang meliputi lingkungan kerja fisik di sekitar tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor SAR Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 orang responden menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X). Dan variabel terikatnya yaitu kinerja pegawai pada Kantor SAR Palembang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian terhadap 55 orang responden menunjukkan bahwa Variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (X) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) pada Kantor SAR Palembang dengan perhitungan uji t yaitu Thitung sebesar 2,763 > Ttabel sebesar 1,6752 nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,008 < 0,05. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan, Kerja Fisik, Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor SAR Palembang. In achieving the goals of an institution / organization it is necessary to improve employee performance that can affect employee performance including the physical work environment around the workplace. Therefore, this study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the SAR Office in Palembang. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method, with a total sample of 55 respondents using a sampling technique that is saturated sampling technique (census). The variables in this study consisted of independent variables namely the physical work environment (X). And the dependent variable is employee performance at Palembang SAR Office. Data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis method by testing the hypothesis using the t test. The results of the study of 55 respondents showed that the physical work environment variable (X) partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the SAR SAR Office in Palembang with the t-test calculation of 2.763> T-table of the significance value 1.6752 0.008 < 0.05.
