Abstract

This study aims to determine the Administration and Elimination of Regional Property in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in accordance with Government Regulation No. 27 of 2014. The sample in this study is the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique which is done through observation and interviews. The results showed that the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency as a whole in Managing Regional Property has been implemented well but there are still items that have not yet been codified, verified and have not been proposed for goods whose economic age has expired for immediate removal.
