Abstract

This study relates to insurance premiums, financial contributions and the number of children towards insurance education in Palembang City by using primary data. The method used in sampling was convinient sampling with a sample of 50 Takaful education insurance scholarships in Kopral Daud Palembang. The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of this study are (1) Income and positive number of children on education insurance requests; (2) Insurance premiums have a negative and significant effect on education insurance requests (3) Overall, all independent variables had an effect of 55.26% on the demand for education insurance Keywords: Request for Educational Insurance, Insurance Premiums, Income, Number of Children
