Abstract
Tujuan penelitian, mendeskripsikan peningkatan persepsi matematika siswa melalui pembelajaran pemodelan matematika pada siswa SMA YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang kelas XI IPA 3 tahun 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian berdasarkan pendekatannya kualitatif dengan desain penelitian tindakan kelas. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian, ada peningkatan persepsi matematika siswa. Adapun peningkatnnya adalah sebagai berikut, 3 orang siswa memiliki persepsi amat baik, 26 siswa memiliki persepsi baik, 3 orang siswa memiliki persepsi cukup dan tidak ada siswa yang memiliki persepsi kurang.
