Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the physical work environment on employee performance at the Penukal Sub-District Office. The population and sample at the same time in this study amounted to 68 Employees in the Penukal Sub-District Office. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to all employees of the Penukal Sub-District Office. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work environment affects the performance of employees at the Penukal Sub-District Office.
