Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of direct financial compensation towards the employees performance of PT. Musi Unggul Glassindo Palembang. The population in this research are all PT. Musi Unggul Glassindo Palembang employees as many as 34 peoples and for taking sampling technique by census method where the entire population became sample. The data collection tecnique used in this study is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis technique. Respondents in this research are 24 male and 10 female and the average respondents education are Associate’s Degree (D3) and Bachelor Degree (S1). The results of this research indicate that direct financial compensation significantly influences the performance of employees in PT. Musi Unggul Glassindo Palembang.
