Abstract

This study aims to study occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance at PT. Roesliah Posai Nihan Palembang. The population in this study was 50 people. This study used a purposive sample by taking all PT Roesliah Posai Nihan field employees who took 40 people as respondents. This study uses primary data obtained by questionnaire and simple regression analysis method as a data analysis technique. The results of the study showed that occupational safety and health were significant on employee performance. For companies that are approved to improve worker safety systems by providing safe and appropriate personal protective equipment to reduce accidents in the work process. In addition, the condition of employees must also consider the level of employee absence due to health problems related to employees while doing work.
