Abstract
In this research, model of the pricing scheme was formed by developing an improved reverse charging models were set up. The model is derived from the merger of bundling and reverse charging models, as well as taking into account the quality of service to users by using a quasi-linear utility function. Optimal pricing schemes applied to local data server traffic is data files. The model used is the nonlinear equations and solved by LINGO program 13.0 to get the optimal solution. Optimal results in the form of financing schemes optimal results in a flat fee, usage-based, and two part tariff for consumers with homogeneous.
