Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan property and real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 43 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pengaruh struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahan di perusahaan yang termasuk dalam subsektor property and real estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2016 - 2018, maka dapat diperoleh: Struktur Modal (DER) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan sektor property and real estate yang sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian ini. Ukuran Perusahaan (SIZE) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) yang menjadi objek pada penelitian ini.
