Abstract

PT. XYLO INDAH PRATAMA MUARA BELITI is a company engaged in the field of pencil slats from three types of wood, there are Astoria Agustiloba, Anthochepalus Chinansia, Endospremum Malaccense. During the production proses PT. XYLO INDAH PRATAMA MUARA BELITI encountered some resistance like the company won't fulfill expectation because of many failed production. To determine the function of the operational audit of production needs to be done so the company can produce is products according to customer desires with quality products at low prices. This study aimed to determine whether the company production has been carried out effectively and efficiently, then the effors must doing to increasing the company performance.
