Abstract
Heat energy has not been optimally utilized, most of the heat energy is wasted. To optimize and increase efficiency in the utilization of heat energy, a device is needed that can convert heat energy into electricity directly. In this study a thermos electric module was used as a means of converting heat energy into electrical energy. In this study a Thermo Electric Generator was successfully made by using 4 pieces of TEG SP 1848-27145 SA . Tests are carried out with TH limit values at 118 °C. By utilizing the copying system of the heatsink as a cooler so the value of TC is 57 °C at TH 90 °C. ΔΤ the maximum that can be achieved in this test is 33 °C. with a seebeck coefficient of 0,044 Volt/°C the thermo electric generator can produce a voltage of 1,484 Volts and a power of 0,2847160 Watt at ΔΤ 33 °C
