Abstract

This thesis aims to find out the Regional Government Budget transpareny through e-government in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The Government of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency only provides a website, but does not publish Regional Government Budget periodically. The Concept used is the Transparency Aspects from Krina (2003:15) which includes the Provision of Information, Easy access to information, Provision of Complaints Mechanisms, and Collaboration with the mass media. The research used a qualitative method. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research found that summary of the 2017 Revised Regional Government Budget document has been published on the official website of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. In the aspect of Ease of Access to Information, the official website has been equipped with quality hacking a security system, search column, easy to remember domain names, and a link to download the summary of the 2017 Revised Regional Government Budget document. In the other aspects, the official website of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency has provided LAPOR!-SP4N as a report facility and the human resources that manage it The Government of Ogan Kamering Regency has also collaborated with several mass media for the publication of regional development news. On the official website of the Ogan Komering llir Regency, Regional Government Budget documents should be published periodically with a link to download them. On the management of complaints, every complaint that comes in should be responded quickly. The Government of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency must also publish the Regional Government Budget in the mass media.
